Returns & refunds

30 days, unopened

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@feelsurge.shop with your order number and we will send a prepaid label.

Opened products

If a product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or the certificate does not match the lot, we replace or refund it — no return shipping required. Send a photo and the lot number.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the return being received or the claim being approved. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post it.

What we cannot refund

Products bought from a third-party marketplace, and orders older than 30 days without a fault. If you are outside that window and something is wrong, still email us — we would rather solve it than lose you.
