Shipping
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Rates and speed
- Standard (3–5 business days): $5.90, free on orders over $60
- Expedited (2 business days): $14.90
- Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. If tracking has not moved for three business days, email us and we will chase it or reship.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 14 days and we will open a carrier claim.
